Join Donna as she leads beginners and all skill levels in her first Yoga class at NWGA CIL.

The benefits of yoga are that it is a great workout, increases blood flow, lowers blood sugar, regulates metabolism, boosts self-confidence, improves mood, promotes relaxation, balances the mind, and improves focus and concentration.
